1) Go to any major affiliate network such as Clickbank or Commission Junction.  Look at the top selling offers.

2) Write down the main keywords pertaining to those markets.

3) Google the keywords and note the top 10 sites in each of those niches.  Those sites are very likely pulling HUGE revenue.

With a decent amount of effort yourself you could be doing the same. It just takes a simple process called WORK.
